# How do I cancel my plan?

Navigate to the [Billing Portal](https://billing.heightnodes.com) and login. Direct to your service you'd like to cancel and press "View Details". This will direct you to an overview of your service.

Select the red "Request Cancellation" button.

Type your reason (optional), choose whether you want it to cancel right away or at the end of your billing period. This will cancel your service.
